Carsome Indonesia Opens Four New Locations in Greater Jakarta

Carsome Indonesia is expanding its network in the country with the opening of four new locations in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area to strengthen its presence in the domestic automotive market. Managing Director of Carsome Indonesia, Gumgum Prijaya, stated that the inauguration of these four new points demonstrates the company’s ongoing focus on improving accessibility and operational capabilities across various market regions. He said the expansion reflects Carsome Indonesia’s long-term commitment to the Indonesian market, whilst also showing the company’s focus on enhancing accessibility, operational infrastructure, and ecosystem connectivity for customers and partners. The addition of these new areas brings the total number of service points Carsome Indonesia operates nationwide to ten. As customers increasingly move flexibly between digital exploration and direct interaction during the vehicle ownership journey, each location plays a crucial role in helping the company deliver a more connected and trustworthy experience. The four new points are the Bekasi Showroom - POSH Harapan Indah, Carsome Showroom PIK 2, Carsome Showroom Cibinong, and Carsome Showroom BSD Junction. These new facilities will support the capabilities of Carsome’s existing ecosystem in Indonesia across various aspects, from vehicle transactions and inspections to operational support, dealer ecosystem integration, and customer service points.
