CARE Responds to Share Volatility Amid Ongoing Sukuk Ijarah Issuance Process
PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk (CARE) has provided an official explanation regarding the volatility in the company’s securities transactions, which prompted inquiries from stock exchange authorities. Management emphasised that they currently possess no undisclosed material information or facts that have not been released to the public; however, the company confirmed that it is proceeding with a strategic corporate action plan.
This clarification was delivered by the President Director of Metro Healthcare Indonesia, Henry Kembaren, through a formal information disclosure in response to a letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) dated 12 May 2026, requesting an explanation for the volatility in securities transactions.
“The Company is unaware of any material information or facts that could affect the value of the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions, as regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and exchange regulations,” stated Henry in the official letter released on Monday (18/05/2026).
Despite no significant events being withheld from the public, Henry explained that the issuer, trading under the ticker CARE, is currently on track with executing corporate actions. The company is presently processing an application for Sharia-based funding instruments in the capital market.
“At present, the Company is in the process of submitting a continuous public offering to professional investors via the Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah I,” Henry further explained.
Furthermore, management ensured that, to date, there has been no suspicious activity from specific shareholders regarding share ownership reports. The company’s Corporate Secretary has also conducted confirmations with major shareholders, ensuring there are no special plans regarding their respective shareholdings within the company.
