Canon EOS R6 V Officially Launched with 7K Open Gate Recording Technology

Canon has officially launched the EOS R6 V in Jakarta on 25 June 2026. Through PT Datascrip, the sole distributor of Canon’s digital imaging products in Indonesia, the camera is designed specifically for contemporary video production. Equipped with a 32.5-megapixel full-frame sensor and 7K Open Gate recording capability, the EOS R6 V enables users to utilise the full sensor area to produce footage adaptable to multiple formats without the need for reshooting. Creators can record once and adjust framing according to platform requirements.
