Can MPR revoke its decrees at will?

From Rakyat Merdeka

Allow me to ask the members of the People's Consultative
Assembly (MPR) to answer the following questions on the
appointment of the President and Vice President of our republic,
which is based on our 1945 Constitution:
1. Does the phrase, "With the blessing of Almighty God," which is
included in each and every MPR decree, mean that the blessing of
Almighty God has already been given to the MPR?
2. Is the phrase, "With the blessing of Almighty God," regarded
by members of both the House of Representatives (DPR) and MPR
only as a formula that does not need to be heeded?
3. If this phrase is indeed regarded as something almost
irrelevant, why is the MPR unable to issue a decree without
including the phrase, "With the blessing of Almighty God"?

If it is right that the phrase, "With the blessing of Almighty
God," be included in every MPR decree, then this means that there
is indeed a blessing from Almighty God and it then becomes clear
that the appointment of a president and a vice-president is made
possible through a blessing from Almighty God and not merely
because of an MPR decree. Accordingly, MPR members cannot revoke
an MPR decree on the appointment of the president and vice
president any time they wish (arbitrarily) without first revoking
the blessing of Almighty God from the MPR decree concerned.

Similarly, if the phrase, "With the blessing of Almighty God,"
is included in every MPR decree merely as a convention, it is
clear that this is an extraordinary fraud perpetrated by the
highest institution of this beloved republic, a lie which is
targeted at all the people of Indonesia.

I am compelled to ask the above questions simply because there
is an impression at large that the status of the phrase, "With
the blessing of Almighty God," is lower than the power of the
MPR, so that the MPR can easily revoke what it has decreed.

Had the phrase that is included in every MPR decree read, "By
asking the blessing of Almighty God," the situation would have
been different.
