Jakarta, Indonesia — The Indonesian marketing landscape continues to evolve alongside shifting consumer expectations and the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Amidst these changes, senior marketing executives will gather for the third edition of Campaign Connect Indonesia on 23 September 2026, at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, to discuss how brands can drive sustainable growth while remaining relevant to consumers.

Organised by Haymarket Media Asia, the publisher of Campaign Asia-Pacific, the event will bring together senior marketing executives from over 30 leading brands in Indonesia, including Pizza Hut Indonesia, Goodyear Indonesia, Indosat, Kopi Kenangan, L’Oréal, Prudential Indonesia, and Unilever Indonesia.

Transforming Consumer Value into Growth

The event will open with a presentation by Amalia Sarah Santi, EVP & Chief Business Officer at ParagonCorp. She will discuss how brands can drive growth at a time when consumers are increasingly scrutinising the benefits of every purchase.

“Our mindset must shift from selling as many products as possible to finding ways to create the most important value for consumers,” said Santi. “Consumers choose brands that not only meet functional needs but are also capable of building emotional connections.”

Santi will urge marketing practitioners not to focus solely on price-based promotions. Instead, practitioners need to understand evolving consumer needs, experiment rapidly, and leverage AI to scale strategies that have proven effective.

The Role of AI Beyond Content Creation

The role of AI in B2B marketing will also be a primary focus of the event. Ario Fajar, Vice President of Marketing at Toffin Indonesia (Toffin Group), will discuss how marketing practitioners can utilise AI to support better business decision-making.

“The greatest opportunity lies in using AI to help companies make more precise business decisions. Content is merely the simplest and lowest-cost part of the marketing funnel. The advantage that is difficult for competitors to replicate is the primary data held by the company,” said Fajar.

He will also discuss the steps companies can take to balance the use of technology with human considerations. According to him, empathy and trust remain qualities that are fundamentally human.

The lineup of speakers also includes senior leaders from ARTOTEL Group, BCA Digital, Cinépolis Cinemas Indonesia, Electrolux Indonesia, FWD Insurance, Goodyear Indonesia, JAPFA Food Indonesia, KC Softex, L’Oréal, Pandai Gadai, Prudential Indonesia, PT Indosat Tbk, Sun Life, and URC Indonesia.

“This year’s lineup of speakers demonstrates Indonesia’s position as one of the most attractive yet complex marketing markets at a regional level,” said Jaime Ng, Events Director at Campaign Asia-Pacific. “Our discussion sessions go beyond theory to provide practical insights that senior leaders can bring back to their respective companies for immediate application.”
