Caltex names new director

JAKARTA (JP): PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia has appointed
Humayunbosha as a director in addition to his present duties as
company senior vice president and deputy managing director.

The company said in a statement that the appointment was
effective Monday.

Born in Cirebon in 1948, Humayunbosha will assume an executive
role in representing Caltex business interests with state oil and
gas company Pertamina, directorate general of oil and gas at the
Ministry of Mines and Energy and other agencies at the national
level.

He reports to company president and chairman of the managing
board Baihaki H. Hakim and will work closely with executive vice
president and managing director J.G. Fitzgerald. (jsk)
