Cak Imin Warns SPPG Owners Not to Overact and Flaunt on Social Media
JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment, Muhaimin Iskandar alias Cak Imin, has reminded bosses or owners of Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units (SPPG) not to overact, for example by dancing and showing off on social media.
“The first thing we feel is the growth of new entrepreneurs in SPPG products, BGN products. Of course, there are also those who overact,” said Muhaimin during the One Year Journey of the Free Nutritious Meals in Community Empowerment Efforts event, at the Coordinating Ministry for Community Empowerment office, Central Jakarta, Thursday (16/4/2026).
SPPG or MBG kitchens are indeed seen to have a positive impact, but that does not mean SPPG bosses can act excessively.
“If we look at social media, many new entrepreneurs have joined. Sometimes, because they are so happy, they flaunt on social media,” he said.
He stated that the emergence of cases involving SPPG entrepreneurs is a dynamic occurring in the implementation of the MBG programme.
Nevertheless, the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment warned new entrepreneurs joining as SPPG to be more grateful for the increase in creativity.
“Therefore, to the new entrepreneurs, be grateful, foster creativity and innovation without then becoming controversial,” he said.
Not only dancing, Hendrik also boasted about receiving an incentive of Rp 6 million per day from MBG.
BGN has sternly reprimanded Hendrik, who is considered to be overacting.
Deputy Head of BGN Nanik S Deyang stated that Hendrik has been met by the Director of Monitoring and Supervision of BGN and sternly reprimanded.
Nanik said that BGN regrets Hendrik’s dancing action at the SPPG.
“He has been sternly reprimanded. Clearly, we are very disappointed with the attitude of such a partner,” said Nanik, Wednesday (25/3/2026).
