Cak Imin says 'Prabowonomics' reflects PKB's gratitude at 28th anniversary

The theme of the 28th anniversary of the National Awakening Party (PKB) this time is ‘A New Direction for the Constitutional Economic Mandate’, and this theme has been shortened to a single word: ‘Prabowonomics’. PKB General Chair Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, known as Cak Imin, said the theme was a form of gratitude for his party at this new age. “The theme for PKB’s 28th anniversary is ‘A New Direction for the Constitutional Economic Mandate’, and this theme is shortened to one word, ‘Prabowonomics’. This theme represents PKB’s gratitude and determination to continue jointly bringing a new direction for the national economy,” Cak Imin said at the Jakarta Convention Centre on Thursday. He further explained that the theme was chosen because PKB, at 28 years old, wishes to continue overseeing the new economic direction together with President Prabowo Subianto. Meanwhile, he said PKB recalled President Prabowo’s statements, who always refers to Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. “This aligns with PKB’s hopes and commitment that our main goal as a nation is none other than to restore the people’s economic rights so that prosperity can be achieved as quickly as possible,” he said. Most PKB cadres at the event wore shirts emblazoned with the word ‘Prabowonomics’. President Prabowo and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka also attended the event.
