The state-owned electricity company (PLN) has just finished
laying cables along Subuh lane in Cipinang Lontar, East Jakarta.
The problem, however, is that the ditches excavated on the busy
500-meter lane were refilled but not packed down. The street now
becomes a mud trap when it rains.

In the name of the whole community, I call on PLN to repair
the damage it caused and return the street to its previous
condition.
