Cabinet Secretary Teddy receives best Taskap award at Seskoad 2026
The Cabinet Secretary, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Teddy Indra Wijaya, has achieved the award for the best author of an Individual Working Paper (Taskap) at the LXVII Regular Education programme of the Army Staff and Command School (Seskoad) for the 2026 fiscal year. The award was presented during the closing ceremony of the Dikreg LXVII Seskoad at the Prof. Dr. Satrio Building, Seskoad, Bandung, on Wednesday.
During the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Teddy Indra Wijaya presented the strategic ideas resulting from his research before invited guests and all student officers (Pasis), according to an official statement from the Indonesian Army received in Jakarta. He was one of 279 student officers participating in this year’s Seskoad education, comprising 255 Army officers, four Navy officers, two Air Force officers, seven National Police officers, and 11 student officers from friendly nations.
In the same statement, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army, General Maruli Simanjuntak, expressed his appreciation to all student officers who completed their education at Seskoad. He noted that education at Seskoad focuses not only on enhancing military technical and tactical abilities but also on strengthening the leadership capacity and strategic thinking of officers. “Seskoad plays a role in developing strategic insight based on scientific knowledge and visionary leadership, as well as moral integrity and superior character as the next generation of the Indonesian Army’s struggle,” said Maruli. He expressed his hope that Teddy, along with all graduates of Dikreg LXVII Seskoad, would provide the best contribution to the progress of the Indonesian Army organisation and national development.
