Cabinet Secretary Teddy Meets Gibran for 1.5 Hours at Vice Presidential Palace, This is What Was Discussed

Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya met with Vice President (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka. The two discussed developments in the situation in Indonesia.

As seen on Teddy’s Instagram account on Friday (3/4/2026), Teddy met Gibran at the Vice Presidential Palace, Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Central Jakarta. The meeting took place on Thursday (2/4) night.

From the uploaded photo, Teddy is seen wearing a white shirt and Gibran wearing a batik shirt. The two appear to be conversing and holding sheets of paper.

“Still in the month of Syawal and in the Eid atmosphere, on Thursday night, 2 April 2026, I met with the Vice President, Mr Gibran Rakabuming, for a silaturahmi at the Vice Presidential Palace, Jakarta,” wrote Teddy.

Teddy revealed that the meeting lasted more than 1.5 hours. The meeting discussed recent developments in the country.

“In this meeting lasting approximately 1.5 hours, various recent developments in the country were also discussed,” said Teddy.
