Cabinet Secretary Teddy joins Nusantara Harmony Unity Carnival 2026

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya joined the Nusantara Harmony Unity Carnival with the Cabinet Secretariat team at the National Monument (Monas) square in Jakarta on Monday evening. Monitored online from Jakarta on Monday, Seskab Teddy wore a blue shirt with a headband and waved the Red and White flag during the carnival, which was attended by President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who were seated on the main podium. The Cabinet Secretariat’s carnival vehicle adopted the theme Pandu Nawasena, Garuda the guide of the future, showcasing the tangible achievements of President Prabowo Subianto’s government. Decorated with a Garuda theme, the concept symbolised courage, aspirations, and Indonesia’s steadfastness towards a sovereign, just, and prosperous future, according to the narration read by the Nusantara Harmony Unity Carnival narrator. Wearing a brown suit, President Prabowo Subianto waved to the Cabinet Secretariat carnival vehicle and representatives of other ministries and institutions participating in the event. All ministries and institutions took part in the carnival held to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. President Prabowo Subianto arrived at the venue at around 7.15 p.m. Western Indonesia Time, while Vice President Gibran arrived at around 6.45 p.m. Western Indonesia Time. Following the arrival of the Head of State, the carnival was officially opened with the performance ‘Sabang-Merauke Pageant, Only Indonesia Has It’. The carnival parade series then began with a performance by the Canka Praditya Wiratama Drum and Flute Corps from the Indonesian Defence University.
