Cabinet Secretary Teddy Graduates from Seskoad, Receives Best Taskap Writer Award
Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Lieutenant Colonel Inf Teddy Indra Wijaya received an award as the best writer of Individual Papers (Taskap) in the LXVII Regular Education (Dikreg) program at the Indonesian Army Staff and Command School (Seskoad) for the 2026 academic year.
The award was presented during the closing ceremony of the LXVII Seskoad Dikreg at the Prof. Dr. Satrio Building, Seskoad, Bandung, on Wednesday (3/6).
“On this occasion, Lieutenant Colonel Inf Teddy Indra Wijaya, as the best Taskap writer of the LXVII Seskoad Dikreg, presented his strategic ideas resulting from his research to the invited guests and all student officers,” according to an official statement from the Indonesian Army (TNI AD) received in Jakarta.
Teddy received the award because the work he produced was considered to have quality, in-depth analysis, and relevance to the development of the Indonesian Army organisation.
He was one of 279 student officers who participated in this year’s Seskoad education. The number consists of 255 TNI AD student officers, four TNI AL student officers, two TNI AU student officers, seven Polri student officers, and 11 student officers from friendly countries.
In the same statement, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (KSAD), General TNI Maruli Simanjuntak, appreciated all the student officers who had completed their education at Seskoad.
Maruli stated that Seskoad has an important role in preparing TNI AD officers who have leadership skills, strategic insights, and integrity to face future challenges.
According to him, education at Seskoad not only focuses on improving military technical and tactical capabilities but also strengthens the leadership capacity and strategic thinking of officers.
“Seskoad plays a role in developing strategic insights based on science and visionary leadership, as well as moral integrity and superior character as the next generation of the Indonesian Army,” said Maruli.
He hopes that Teddy, along with all graduates of the LXVII Seskoad Dikreg, can make the best contribution to the progress of the TNI AD organisation and the development of the nation.
