Cabinet Secretary Teddy discusses government with Hasan Nasbi

Fatigue from a 4.5-hour flight was alleviated by lunch and a nutritious conversation about government and the nation. Jakarta (ANTARA) - Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya and former Head of Presidential Communications of the Republic of Indonesia Hasan Nasbi discussed government and related national issues at the Seskab’s office, the State Secretariat Building, Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, on Thursday afternoon. The discussion took place while the two had lunch together. Hasan Nasbi, when contacted in Jakarta on Thursday, confirmed his meeting with Seskab Teddy today. He said he had just landed in Jakarta after a 4.5-hour flight from Sorong, Southwest Papua. Nevertheless, Hasan Nasbi did not explain the content of his discussion with Seskab Teddy in more detail. Hasan Nasbi only described the content of his conversation with Seskab Teddy as “nutritious intake on the latest developments.” On the same occasion, Hasan Nasbi also shared his impressions upon meeting a number of schoolchildren who visited the State Secretariat Building that afternoon as part of a tour around the Palace complex. “As soon as I arrived at the lobby, I actually met hundreds of students who had just finished the Tour de Istana. I went up to the waiting room first while waiting for Mas Seskab, who followed in fits and starts. Understandably, they were clamouring for photos,” said Hasan Nasbi, sharing his impressions upon meeting the students. The meeting between Seskab Teddy and Hasan Nasbi took place in the evening until 01.00 WIB in the early hours of the next day. Hasan Nasbi explained that he discussed various issues with Seskab Teddy, including those related to politics, economy, and communications. Hasan also assessed Teddy as a figure who “appears increasingly mature as a state official, surpassing his still very young age.”
