Cabinet Secretary: Prabowo urges government-business synergy

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that President Prabowo Subianto stressed the importance of synergy between the government and the business sector as a key to accelerating national development and improving public welfare. Speaking as quoted from the official Instagram account of the Cabinet Secretariat in Jakarta on Monday, Teddy said a meeting between President Prabowo and members of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) at the State Palace in Jakarta on Friday (31/7) reflected the government’s commitment to building Indonesia through a spirit of togetherness and collaboration with business actors. “President Prabowo also emphasised the importance of synergy between the government and the business sector as the key to accelerating development and improving the people’s welfare,” Teddy said. He noted that during the warm dialogue, business actors expressed appreciation for various government policies deemed to have strengthened business confidence, bolstered national economic resilience, and provided tangible benefits to the public. Teddy affirmed that the government views the business sector as a strategic partner in driving inclusive and sustainable economic growth. According to him, close collaboration between the government and the business sector is an important foundation for realising a more advanced Indonesia. “The government and the business sector are moving forward together. Because a developed Indonesia is born from collaboration, hard work, and the spirit of building for the interests of all the people,” Teddy said.
