Cabinet Secretary: Prabowo Brings Souvenirs from Two "Super Power" Countries

JAKARTA - Cabinet Secretary Lieutenant Colonel TNI Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, brought souvenirs upon returning from Russia and France. Prabowo is known to have met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Monday (13/4/2026), and met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Tuesday (14/4/2026). Now, Prabowo has returned to the homeland. “Upon arriving in the homeland, President Prabowo brought home various strategic agreements as souvenirs,” said Teddy on the Cabinet Secretariat’s Instagram account on Wednesday. The mentioned energy supplies include reserves of crude oil and LPG. “President Prabowo has tasked the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Bahlil Lahadalia, to meet with President Putin’s special envoy and the Russian Minister of Energy for further detailed discussions today in Moscow,” he emphasised. “A brief two-day visit to two super power countries, UN veto holders and the world’s largest resource producers, with major and concrete results for Indonesia,” Teddy added.
