Cabinet Secretary: Prabowo briefs participants in Presidential Future Leaders Program 2026
Jakarta (ANTARA) – Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya stated that President Prabowo Subianto delivered a briefing to participants of the Presidential Future Leaders Program (PFLP) 2026 in Hambalang, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Sunday.
In a written statement, Teddy said the programme was designed by President Prabowo to prepare future leaders for state-owned enterprises (BUMNs).
“The programme is designed to cultivate future leaders for BUMN companies,” Teddy said.
He noted that 400 participants are taking part in the inaugural batch of the programme as part of the government’s effort to strengthen leadership quality within BUMNs.
The nine-month educational programme is divided into three main phases, beginning with character and discipline building over the first three months.
“The nine-month educational programme is structured into three phases: character and discipline development for the first three months,” he said.
“Managerial capacity and decision-making strengthening at Danantara Corporate University for four months, followed by a two-month internship in ministries, institutions, or BUMN environments,” he said.
Teddy emphasised that the programme is part of the government’s strategy to prepare top-tier human resources for future BUMN leadership.
“This step is part of the government’s broader strategy to cultivate professional and integrity-driven BUMN leadership generations,” he said.
