BYD Establishes Six Mudik Assistance Posts for Lebaran 2026, Here Are the Locations
JAKARTA — PT BYD Motor Indonesia is preparing six mudik (holiday exodus) assistance posts to support the travel of electric vehicle users during the 2026 Lebaran period.
The posts will be placed at several strategic points along the Trans-Java Toll route, which is a favoured route for holiday travellers.
Eagle Zhao, President Director of PT BYD Motor Indonesia, stated that this facility is being prepared as a form of support for BYD consumers who undertake mudik journeys using electric vehicles.
From an operational perspective, BYD’s mudik posts will be divided into two service periods.
The first period runs from 13–20 March 2026 with post locations as follows:
West Java
Central Java
East Java
Meanwhile, during the second period running 21–25 March 2026, BYD’s mudik posts will operate at two points, namely:
- West Java
Additionally, these posts form part of BYD’s efforts to support the development of an electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia, particularly for intercity travel that requires supporting infrastructure and additional services for electric vehicle users.
