BYD confirms Atto 1 price remains unchanged, with no price increase

Jakarta, KOMPAS.com – Rumours about a price increase for the BYD Atto 1 have circulated on social media. BYD has confirmed these claims are false. Luther Panjaitan, Head of Public and Government Relations for PT BYD Motor Indonesia, said that to date there has been no price increase for the model. The prices remain Rp199 million for the Dynamic variant and Rp235 million for the Premium variant. There were rumours that the Premium variant would rise to Rp253 million. A BYD salesperson in Jakarta reportedly confirmed a price increase in March 2026. With this clarification, consumers are advised not to be confused by the circulating price increase.
