BCA Young Community (BYC) Fest, an annual event for young business owners, was held again in Jakarta on Wednesday (22/7/2026). The event for networking, collaboration, and gaining insights on various topics from numerous speakers also launched the latest version of the BYC App, which features various business collaboration tools.

BYC is a community open to young BCA Solitaire and Prioritas customers (aged 18-35), as well as the next generation of BCA Solitaire and BCA Prioritas customers. At this event, BYC members had the opportunity to explore business ideas and build cooperation with business owners from various regions and sectors.

BCA Vice President Director John Kosasih stated that BYC Fest is a manifestation of the company’s commitment to helping business owners survive and grow sustainably by relying on collaboration with various parties.

“BCA is committed to supporting the younger generation in navigating the dynamic business landscape. BYC is a platform we can optimise to help the business growth of its members and create a positive impact on society and the country. Through this event, BYC aims to create a space for all members to get to know each other better and open up greater collaboration opportunities for shared progress in the future,” said John Kosasih.

BYC Fest 2026 featured a number of inspirational figures from various industries to share their experiences and insights. These figures included BCA Vice President Director John Kosasih, BCA Director Haryanto T. Budiman, North Maluku Governor Sherly Tjoanda, Comedian & Filmmaker Ernest Prakasa, May May Salon Owner Mei Tanie, Lily Tanie, Yayang Tanie, ParagonCorp Co-founder & CEO of NSEI ParagonCorp Salman Subakat, HMNS Perfume Co-founder & COO Amron Naibaho, and VIVERE Group President Director William Simiadi.

In addition to educational sessions, the event was enlivened by dozens of curated business booths belonging to BYC members. The presence of this exhibition is proof of BCA’s commitment to supporting the growth of local MSMEs so they can level up, drive the wheels of the economy, and create new jobs.

Alongside the talk show sessions and business exhibition, the new version of the BYC App was launched to strengthen connectivity among community members. The update was carried out comprehensively on the technological infrastructure to facilitate seamless digital communication, interaction, and business collaboration among members.

“The key for a business to survive and grow sustainably lies in two main things: strong collaboration and proper technological adaptation. Without collaboration, a business will struggle to adapt, let alone grow. If technology is ignored, business owners will go nowhere and will slowly be eroded by the changing times,” said John Kosasih.

Through the consistent annual organisation of BYC Fest, BCA hopes to continue supporting the growth of a generation of young Indonesian entrepreneurs who are adaptive, innovative, and capable of creating added value for society through collaboration and sustainable business development.
