BWPT Records Revenue of Rp 1.38 Trillion in Q1 2026, Here Are the Supporting Factors
JAKARTA – PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (BWPT) recorded an increase in revenue in the first quarter of 2026, in line with strengthened operational performance and rising sales volumes.
The company booked revenue of Rp 1.38 trillion, supported by conducive crude palm oil (CPO) prices and consistent efficiency strategies.
President Director Henderi Djunaidi stated that this achievement reflects the company’s success in maintaining productivity and driving added value amid the dynamics of the palm oil industry.
“Our focus is on strengthening productivity and efficiency, as well as ensuring that the innovations we develop can deliver real added value. ESG has become an integral part of our growth strategy,” he said in a written statement on Sunday (3/5/2026).
From an operational perspective, the revenue increase was also driven by a rise in sales volume from 77,700 tonnes to 85,000 tonnes, or a 9 per cent growth compared to the same period in the previous year. This demonstrates that optimisation of performance across all business lines has maintained growth momentum.
BWPT’s financial performance is also reflected in an EBITDA of Rp 446 billion, while net profit recorded double-digit growth. This achievement affirms the company’s ability to maintain profitability amid cost pressures, through operational discipline and sustainable efficiency.
In the long term, BWPT continues to drive added value through the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. One example is the attainment of Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certification by its entity PT Adhyaksa Dharma Satya on 20 April 2026, which means approximately 70 per cent of the company’s mills are now certified.
In addition, the company is strengthening its downstream strategy through collaboration with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) to develop biomass-based innovations. Technologies such as bio-pyrolysis are utilised to process palm oil waste and plastic waste into bio-oil, as well as the development of Green Carbon Black as an environmentally friendly raw material.
These steps are seen to open up additional revenue opportunities from high-value derivative products, while strengthening BWPT’s position in the sustainable and low-carbon palm oil industry.
With a targeted strategy and disciplined execution, BWPT is optimistic about maintaining the revenue growth trend throughout 2026, while increasing its contribution to the national palm oil industry.
