Akbar Tandjung's story:
* Akbar Tandjung initially denied directly receiving the funds.
* Akbar said Dadang Ruskandar on behalf of Raudhatul Jannah
Foundation accepted the funds for relief operations.
* The naming of Raudhatul Jannah to handle the relief had been
reported to three ministers (Haryono Suyono, Rahardi Ramelan and
Muladi).
* The foundation was recommended by Haryono Suyono.

Likely inconsistencies with Akbar:
* Former Bulog chief Rahardi Ramelan and the former Bulog deputy
finance head Ruskandar disputed Akbar's testimony. Most recently
Akbar admitted the checks were in fact on his desk.
* There is evidence the checks were accepted by Golkar treasurer
Fadel Muhammad and Deputy treasurer MS Hidayat. Ruskandar said
Akbar received the checks and handed them to the two treasurers.
* All three denied any knowledge.
* Haryono Suyono claimed he never made such a recommendation.
