Business Transformation Boosts Jamkrindo Syariah's 2025 Profits
PT Penjaminan Jamkrindo Syariah recorded a significant surge in net profit throughout 2025. This performance indicates fundamental improvements amid pressures in the guarantee industry. Based on the audited financial report, net profit reached Rp141.03 billion, up from Rp54.11 billion in 2024, in line with strengthened business quality and risk management. On the balance sheet side, total assets were recorded at Rp2.46 trillion, a slight increase from Rp2.41 trillion. Equity also rose to Rp1.41 trillion, strengthening the company’s capital structure. Operational performance was further boosted, with profit before zakat and tax reaching Rp168.37 billion from the previous Rp54.13 billion. This increase was supported by a more selective guarantee portfolio, improved underwriting quality, and optimisation of investment income. The President Director of PT Penjaminan Jamkrindo Syariah, Hari Purnomo, stated that this achievement is the result of consistent business transformation and strengthened governance. “This positive performance is the fruit of ongoing efforts to strengthen the company’s fundamentals, both in terms of risk management, operational efficiency, and higher-quality business development. We are optimistic that this positive trend can continue in the future,” said Hari Purnomo in a press release on Wednesday (1/3/2026). The company also recorded comprehensive income of Rp161.69 billion, which strengthens its overall financial position. On the compliance side, the 2025 financial report received an unqualified opinion from KAP Amir Abadi Jusuf, Aryanto, Mawar & Rekan, reflecting transparency in financial management. Jamkrindo Syariah also meets the gearing ratio requirements under POJK Number 11 of 2025 as an indicator of the company’s financial health. Looking ahead, the company targets strengthening its role in supporting financing for productive sectors, particularly SMEs, while expanding its contribution to the national sharia financial ecosystem.
