Business Restructuring: SSPACE (DOOH) Divests Sales Strategy Consulting Unit - BCA Sekuritas

PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (IDX:DOOH or SSPACE), a company operating in advertising and management consulting, has officially announced the divestment of its entire shareholding in PT Konsultan Strategi Penjualan (KSP). This material transaction involves the transfer of 5,350 shares, equivalent to 99.00% of KSP’s issued and paid-up capital, to PT Wisdom Crowd Indonesia (WCI).

According to the disclosure of information, the total transaction value reaches Rp23.3 billion. The divestment process was carried out in two stages, namely through Deed Number 08 dated 11 March 2026 valued at Rp11.8 billion and Deed Number 10 dated 12 March 2026 valued at Rp11.5 billion.

SSPACE’s management explained that this step is taken as part of the business structure arrangement strategy and investment portfolio optimisation. The company intends to align its development focus on business lines that provide higher profit margins, particularly in the advertising and e-commerce segments.

“With the implementation of the transaction plan, the Company can allocate the divestment proceeds to drive revenue growth in the e-commerce business segment, targeted to reach 11% of the overall revenue potential,” stated management in the report.

Post-transaction, SSPACE will no longer consolidate KSP’s financial statements into the group’s consolidated financial statements. The company is optimistic that the increase in cash and cash equivalents from this capital gain will strengthen its financial position and support future operational growth.
