Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Head of the Working Group (Pokja) of the Task Force for Accelerating Strategic Government Programmes (Satgas P2SP), Satya Bhakti, revealed that his team has received 127 complaints from business actors since the complaint channel was launched up to 22 April 2026. Of that number, around 50% of the complaints received are related to permitting.

“Almost more than 50%, this is related to permitting, then 14% is related to land and spatial planning. The rest involve several matters related to export and import requirements, availability of energy, electricity, and so on,” said Satya at the National Policy Dialogue and Kick Off for National Intermediation Acceleration (PINISI) event on Monday (27/4/2026).

Of the 127 complaints, Satya revealed that 63 have already been resolved. He explained that some issues of a technical nature can be resolved directly by the Pokja.

However, for more complex cases, handling is carried out through complaint hearings involving relevant Ministries/Institutions. The hearings are directly led by Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa as Deputy Head of Satgas P2SP.

“There are times when these issues are addressed through a complaint hearing directly led by the Finance Minister as Deputy Head of the Satgas we mentioned earlier. Or the Finance Minister leads it himself in a coordination attended by the relevant Ministers,” he said.

As is known, the debottlenecking complaint channel for business owners was indeed launched to address problems in business and investment activities that have long been highlighted by President Prabowo Subianto. Through the channel, it is hoped that a good ecosystem for business and investment activities can be created.

Satya emphasised that with the debottlenecking channel, the government wants to increase business confidence to create a good business climate. This is because the wheels of Indonesia’s economic growth depend on the real sector.

“We realise that economic growth will certainly move when the real sector moves. When the real sector faces obstacles regarding problems and so on, ladies and gentlemen, we realise that this will also hinder that economic growth,” he said.
