Business Growth in Gading Serpong Highlights High Economic Activity

Business growth at Paramount Gading Serpong reflects high economic activity and the area’s appeal as a business destination. In July 2026, around 104 new businesses joined the township, bringing the cumulative total to 707 new businesses at Paramount Gading Serpong since January 2026.

Paramount Land Director Chrissandy Dave said the growth is one of Paramount Gading Serpong’s strengths in building an active and sustainable commercial ecosystem, strengthening area traffic, and creating new business opportunities in line with the company’s commitment to supporting long-term business sustainability.

In response, Paramount Gading Serpong has introduced The Finest Commercial Selection, comprising Maggiore Vibes, Altadena Square, and Pasadena Square South New Type. The three products are offered at prices starting from Rp2.3 billion.

The launch of these products aims to complement the commercial portfolio in high-demand areas, such as Maggiore and Pasadena Central District, which have recorded positive market responses. The products are designed to meet the needs of business operators and investors through a combination of strategic locations, modern design, easy accessibility, and flexible space.

Paramount Land Director of Planning & Design Henry Napitupulu added that the Pasadena Central District area directly faces the Taman Rasa culinary centre, which is active with 58 tenants. Going forward, The Ultimate Taman Rasa will be introduced with an additional 89 kiosks and 5 anchor tenants to strengthen visitor traffic around the clock.
