Business Development Director Replaced, Here's the Latest TINS Board Composition

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Shareholders of PT Timah Tbk (TINS) approved changes to the company’s board of directors during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 financial year, held in Jakarta on Friday (9/6/2026). During the meeting, shareholders agreed to the honourable discharge of former board member Suhendra Yusuf Ratuprawiranegara, who has completed his term of service and received a new assignment, and simultaneously established the company’s new board composition. President Director of PT TIMAH (Persero) Tbk, Restu Widiyantoro, stated that the current board composition will continue to be committed to strengthening the company’s steps in executing business strategies, improving operational performance, reinforcing good corporate governance, and creating added value for all stakeholders. Suhendra’s position has been filled by Harry Budi Sidharta, who previously served as Vice President Director of PT Timah. The following is the board composition of PT Timah Tbk agreed upon at the RUPST on 12 June 2026: Board of Commissioners: President Commissioner (Independent): Agus Rohman; Independent Commissioner: Yuslih Ihza Mahendra; Commissioner: Rizani Usman; Independent Commissioner: M.
