The two suspects are Shandi Hermanto, Director of PT Sinar Bumi Pertiwi (SBP), and Chandra Lubis, Director of PT Antar Lintas Sumatera (ALS).
‘Police have named PT SBP Director Shandi Hermanto as a suspect. He is charged under Article 277 of Law Number 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic and Transportation, in conjunction with Article 474 of the National Criminal Code and Article 315 of the Road Traffic and Transportation Law, regarding alleged negligence and corporate liability,’ said Muratara Deputy Police Chief Commissioner Ermi, as reported by detikSumbagsel on Tuesday (4/8/2026).
