Burung Indonesia Promotes Environmentally Friendly Mangrove-Based Products in Pohuwato

Several community groups in Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, have maximised the use of resources and minimised waste to create environmentally friendly products. These eco-friendly products, based on the mangrove ecosystem, are being developed in five villages under the Burung Indonesia programme, or the Indonesian Wild Bird Conservation Association. The products were promoted at an exhibition open to the general public on Tuesday (28/4) in Marisa, Pohuwato. This circular economy model includes weaving using plastic bag waste.
