PT Buma Internasional Grup Tbk (DOID), via its controlled subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA Indonesia), has injected capital amounting to US$ 4.7 million into the Moura Materials Group.

The capital injection was executed on 16 September 2026 as part of a series of funding transactions conducted both directly and indirectly through several entities within the Moura Materials Group.

Dian Paramita, Director of PT Buma Internasional Grup Tbk, stated in an information disclosure on Friday (18/9/2026) that this constitutes a material and affiliated transaction. BUMA Indonesia is a subsidiary in which PT BUMA Internasional Grup holds a 99.99% stake, while the Moura Materials Group is fully owned by BUMA Indonesia, both directly and indirectly.

“The transfer of US$ 4.7 million is not a standalone investment in each individual entity. The transaction is a single integrated funding process carried out progressively through these entities,” she explained.

Furthermore, the capital increase value will be converted into Australian Dollars (AUD) based on the exchange rate determined by the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) at the time the funds are received.

According to the interim consolidated financial statements as of 30 June 2026, DOID’s total equity was recorded at US$ 2.497 million. With a transaction value of US$ 4.7 million, this capital increase is equivalent to 188.22% of the total equity.

DOID’s share price fell by 0.85% to Rp 234 per share, following a 9.3% decline over the preceding five days.
