BULOG Wins BUMN Entrepreneurial Marketing Award 2026
At the event, Perum BULOG successfully won the Winner in the BUMN Key Elements of Marketing category for the Food and Fertiliser Industry Sector, as recognition of the company’s superior performance in marketing strategies, brand management, and effective utilisation of digital technology.
This award was presented by MarkPlus Inc as the organiser, which consistently appreciates the performance of BUMN/BUMD in building competitiveness through innovative and customer-oriented marketing approaches.
The assessment in BEMA 2026 is based on the modern marketing concept developed by Philip Kotler and Hermawan Kartajaya, covering three main aspects: Key Elements of Marketing, Tech-Marketing, and Entrepreneurial Marketing.
The President Director of Perum BULOG, Lieutenant General TNI (Ret.) Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani, stated that this is the result of the hard work of all BULOG personnel in driving business transformation and improving service quality to the public.
“This award serves as motivation for us to continue strengthening innovation, enhancing marketing performance, and providing real contributions in maintaining national food stability and resilience,” said Rizal in a written statement on Thursday (7/5/2026).
Meanwhile, Founder and Chair of MCorp Hermawan Kartajaya stated that Perum BULOG is very deserving of receiving this award tonight for its achievements and performance in realising food self-sufficiency.
“It has been proven throughout this year that BULOG has shown extraordinary performance. With those achievements, it is no surprise that BULOG’s leadership also received the Best CEO award,” said Hermawan.
“In addition, BULOG has managed to maintain national rice reserves at more than 5 million tonnes,” he added.
Going forward, Perum BULOG is committed to continuing to strengthen transformation based on innovation and digitalisation to enhance the company’s competitiveness and support national economic development.
For information, the award ceremony took place on Wednesday (6/5) at the Grand Atrium Mall Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta, and was attended by BUMN leaders, marketing practitioners, and other stakeholders.
