Bulog Batam Expands Rice Distribution via SOE Partners and Koperasi Merah Putih

Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang (KC) Batam, Kepulauan Riau, is expanding the distribution of premium rice and Stabilisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP) rice through state-owned enterprise (BUMN) partners and Koperasi Merah Putih, as part of efforts to strengthen food affordability in the area. Branch Head of Bulog KC Batam Ashariyanti Pratimi explained on Tuesday (23/6) that the distribution expansion does not include MinyaKita cooking oil, as it is currently being dedicated to the Sistem Pemantauan Pasar dan Kebutuhan Pokok (SP2KP) market and essential goods monitoring system.
