Buleleng District Government Disburses ASN Holiday Allowance Today with Total Budget of Rp62 Billion
The Buleleng District Government has ensured that the Holiday Allowance (THR) for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees began disbursement today. The disbursement was conducted after all administrative and regulatory processes were completed and signed off.
Gede Suyasa, the Regional Secretary of Buleleng, stated that the THR disbursement process had been prepared over the preceding days, and all documents serving as the legal basis for disbursement had been finalised.
“The THR for ASN this year has been processed and we have signed off on all of it. Disbursement is being carried out today so it can be received before Hari Raya,” said Gede Suyasa on Friday (13/3/2026).
He explained that the regional government had previously held a harmonisation meeting with the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Following that meeting, the relevant regulations were promptly completed.
“After yesterday afternoon’s harmonisation meeting with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights’ regional office, all processes were agreed upon. That evening it was signed by the Regent and today it has been announced, providing the basis for THR disbursement,” he explained.
For this year, the total THR budget allocated by Buleleng District Government is substantial. The government allocated approximately Rp25 billion for ASN, then approximately Rp5 billion for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK), and approximately Rp32 billion for additional employee income (TPP). The disbursement carried out today includes THR in the form of salary and TPP.
“For salary, all ASN receive 100 per cent according to their previous month’s salary. Whereas for TPP, it is given at 50 per cent,” said Suyasa.
He added that these provisions were guided by Government Regulations that give local governments flexibility to adjust TPP amounts according to their financial conditions.
For its part, Buleleng District Government ensured that the disaster that occurred previously did not affect this year’s THR budget.
“The disaster does not automatically change the budget structure because everything has been programmed in the Regional Budget,” he concluded.
