Budihardjo named new vice governor

JAKARTA (JP): Budihardjo Sukmadi, former head of the city's Development Planning Board (Bappeda), was installed yesterday as new deputy governor of development affairs, replacing TB. M. Rais.

Budihardjo was officially installed as deputy governor in a plenary session of the City Council, presided over by council speaker Edy Waluyo and witnessed by Governor Sutiyoso. (edt)
