Global superstar group BTS is preparing to shake the world with their comeback agenda. This time, Netflix is the main partner that will broadcast live the return of RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook to the world music stage.

Netflix will exclusively broadcast ‘BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG’ on March 21, 2026, at 8:00 PM KST (6:00 PM WIB) live from Gwanghwamun Square, Seoul.

This event celebrates the release of their fifth studio album titled ‘ARIRANG’ and marks the first complete performance of all seven members performing their new songs.

This concert is a historic milestone as the first live event from Netflix broadcast globally from South Korea. Available to all paid subscribers, this live broadcast marks a major expansion of the streaming platform into the realm of live entertainment.

Through this format, ARMY (BTS fans) around the world can watch the performance simultaneously and share the same emotional experience in real-time.

To ensure an immersive visual experience, the production of this concert is led by Hamish Hamilton. He is the figure behind the grandeur of the Super Bowl Halftime Show, the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics, and iconic concerts by Madonna and Beyonce.

This production is designed not just as an ordinary broadcast, but as a visual narrative that follows the choreography as well as the emotional depth of the members on stage at the historic Gwanghwamun Square.

After the euphoria of the live concert, Netflix will release the documentary ‘BTS: The Return’ on March 27, 2026. This film is directed by Bao Nguyen (director of ‘The Greatest Night in Pop’) and produced by This Machine.

This documentary will summarize BTS’s long journey over the past 3 years and 9 months, from their mandatory military service to the creative process behind the making of 14 songs on the ARIRANG album.

A Netflix representative stated, “BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG will go beyond just watching a concert. This is a global moment where viewers around the world share the same experience, breaking down language and cultural barriers.” (Allkpop/Z-10)
