BTPN Syariah Distributes Dividend of Rp 85.7 per Share

PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk has approved the distribution of a cash dividend amounting to Rp 85.70 per share. The decision was taken at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The total dividend payout reaches Rp 660 billion. This value represents an increase compared to the dividend from the 2024 net profit of Rp 268.78 billion or Rp 34.5 per share. “This is as a commitment and appreciation to stakeholders, particularly investors, who have entrusted Bank BTPN Syariah in empowering inclusive communities,” stated Arief Ismail, Director of Compliance and Corporate Secretary of BTPN Syariah, in a written statement on Thursday (16/4/2026). In addition to the dividend, shareholders also approved the retention of earnings amounting to Rp 521 billion. On the financing disbursement side, the company recorded a realisation of Rp 10.35 trillion. Financial performance remains well-maintained. Return on Assets is recorded at 7.2 percent. Capital Adequacy Ratio reaches 57.7 percent. The AGMS also approved changes to the composition of the board of commissioners. Mulya Effendi Siregar has been appointed as chairman of the commissioners, replacing Kemal Azis Stamboel. Sendiaty Sondy has been appointed as a commissioner.
