BTPN Syariah (BTPS) Distributes Rp660 Billion Dividend and Appoints New Chairman

PT BTPN Syariah Tbk (BTPS) has approved the distribution of a cash dividend amounting to Rp85.70 per share, equivalent to Rp660 billion. This decision was made during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the year 2026, held on 16 April 2026.

The dividend distribution will utilise the net profit from 2025, which stood at Rp1.2 trillion. The AGMS also approved the retention of Rp521 billion in profits.

In addition, the meeting approved the appointment of Mulya Effendi Siregar as chairman of the board of commissioners, replacing Kemal Azis Stamboel, and the appointment of Sendiaty Sondy as a commissioner.

These appointments follow the completion of Kemal Azis Stamboel’s term as chairman of the board of commissioners. Consequently, the composition of the board of commissioners of BTPN Syariah after the AGMS is as follows:
