BTN to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting in September 2026 for Board Reshuffle
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BBTN) is set to undergo a change in its board of directors. BTN President Director Nixon L.P. Napitupulu revealed that the controlling shareholder, BPI Danantara, has initiated the agenda for the management reshuffle. “We are still waiting from them regarding which board members will be changed,” Nixon said during the company’s performance presentation at Menara BTN 2 on Thursday (16/7/2026).
According to the company’s announcement, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) will be held in a hybrid format on 4 September 2026. Shareholders recorded in the company’s register as of the close of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 5 August 2026 are entitled to attend the meeting. The company has also opened the opportunity for shareholders to propose additional agenda items, provided they are submitted in good faith, consider the company’s interests, and are accompanied by supporting reasons and documents, no later than 30 July 2026. The official summons for the EGMS will be issued on 6 August 2026.
