BTN Restructures Board of Commissioners, Endra Gunawan Becomes Deputy Commissioner

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) has once again refreshed its management structure through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Thursday (23/4/2026). One of the changes is the entry of Endra Gunawan as Deputy Commissioner (Wakomut), replacing Dwi Ary Purnomo, who is now undertaking a new assignment as Finance Director at PT Asuransi Kerugian Jasa Raharja since 25 February 2026. For information, Endra Gunawan currently serves as Deputy for Enhancing the Value of State-Owned Enterprises at the State-Owned Enterprises Executive Agency (BP BUMN). “We express our highest thanks and appreciation to Mr Dwi Ary Purnomo for his dedication and contributions during his tenure. The company also welcomes the continued roles of Mr Nofry Rony Poetra and Mr Eko Waluyo in strengthening BTN’s performance and transformation going forward,” said BTN President Director Nixon Napitupulu during a press conference.
