BTN launches Ecopark Dago and three new branches to strengthen services
PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) has launched BTN Ecopark Dago and three new branches, which were officially opened on Friday (10/4), to improve the quality of human resources (HR) while strengthening services to customers.
BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu stated that this step demonstrates the company’s real commitment to building internal capabilities and enhancing customer experience.
“This is a strategic investment to strengthen the quality of BTNers while driving service excellence,” Nixon said in an official statement received in Jakarta on Saturday.
According to Nixon, BTN’s future business growth will be largely determined by two main factors: HR quality and service quality. Therefore, strengthening both aspects has become the company’s primary focus.
“With superior HR and increasingly better services, we are optimistic about driving long-term business growth,” he added.
Nixon explained that BTN Ecopark Dago is designed as an integrated learning centre for all BTN personnel.
This facility adopts a modern, collaborative, and environmentally friendly concept through a green building approach.
The presence of BTN Ecopark Dago is expected to produce superior and adaptable HR ready to address future banking industry challenges.
In addition, BTN has also inaugurated three new branches: the Kelapa Gading Square Branch, Jakarta Kebon Jeruk Branch, and Pondok Indah Branch.
These three new branches adopt a modern branch concept through a digital branch approach and smart building.
With this concept, services to customers are expected to be faster, more efficient, and customer needs-oriented.
The company also stated that the presence of these new branches will expand BTN’s service network in strategic areas.
