BTN Expands Branches, Targets Strategic Areas in Jakarta

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk inaugurated three new branches in Jakarta on Friday (10/4/2026). This expansion targets areas with high economic activity. The three locations are in Kelapa Gading Square, Kebon Jeruk, and Pondok Indah. All three are designed with a modern branch concept that combines digital services and smart building features. The opening of the new branches is intended to expand the reach of services while accelerating transaction processes. A digital approach is also implemented to improve operational efficiency. “With superior human resources and increasingly better services, we are optimistic about driving long-term business growth,” said Nixon. In addition to the branch expansion, BTN also inaugurated the BTN Ecopark Dago. This facility functions as an integrated learning centre for employees. “This is a strategic investment to strengthen the quality of BTNers while driving service excellence,” Nixon stated. BTN assesses that the quality of human resources and services are the main pillars of business growth. These two aspects are the focus of strengthening alongside the ongoing network expansion.
