BTN Dominates Mass Mortgage Signing for FLPP Scheme with 30,203 Debtors
PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk has dominated the execution of mass signing for the Sejahtera Home Ownership Loan (KPR) under the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme, involving 30,20lar03 debtors. This figure is the largest among distributing banks in an activity that saw a total of 62,710 debtors participating simultaneously across various regions in Indonesia on Thursday (30/07/2026).
According to data from the Public Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera), the mass signing involved 200 debtors in person and 62,510 debtors online. The event took place at no fewer than 130 locations spread across 372 regencies and cities in 36 provinces.
BTN President Director Nixon L.P. Napitupulu stated that this achievement was inseparable from the support of Danantara Indonesia in strengthening the collaboration of the national housing ecosystem. This synergy is considered to have strengthened the connection between the government, BP Tapera, the banking sector, developers, and industry players, thereby expanding public access to housing finance.
“BTN’s achievement as the largest distributor in this mass signing is the result of collective effort. The support from Danantara Indonesia in strengthening the collaboration of the national housing ecosystem makes the synergy between the government, BP Tapera, banking, developers, and all industry players increasingly solid. This collaboration expands BTN’s capacity to provide housing finance that is more accessible to the community,” Nixon said in a written statement on Friday (31/07/2026).
According to Nixon, the execution of the mass signing demonstrates the high public demand for decent and affordable housing. BTN will continue to accelerate services, expand access to financing, and maintain the quality of subsidized mortgage distribution.
“The participation of 30,203 BTN debtors shows the high demand from the community for decent and affordable homes. We will continue to accelerate services, expand access to financing, and maintain distribution quality so that more Indonesian families can achieve their first home ownership,” said Nixon.
