BTN Applauds Developer Partners Supporting 2025 KPR Disbursement

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu presented awards to a number of developer partners at BTN’s Most Valuable Developers Dinner & Gathering 2026 in Jakarta, on Friday, 6 March 2026. The awards were given to developers deemed to have made a significant contribution to BTN’s realisation of Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) during 2025, in both the subsidised housing segment and the non-subsidised or commercial housing segment.

Assessments were not based solely on the volume of KPR realised, but also considered the quality of cooperation with BTN. Indicators include the smoothness of credit processes or borrower’s collectibility, the completeness and timely submission of documents, compliance with applicable regulations and rules, and a commitment to maintaining the quality of housing development.

In addition, BTN values the consistency of developers in maintaining long-term partnerships with the bank. In the non-subsidised housing category, BTN awarded several honours, including The Best Developer National 2025, Top 10 Non-Subsidized Group Developer 2025, Top 10 Non-Subsidized Developer 2025, and The Best Regional Non-Subsidized Developer 2025.

Meanwhile, in the subsidised housing category, awards were presented under The Best Group Subsidized Housing Developer 2025, Top 10 Subsidized Housing Developer 2025, and The Best Regional Subsidized Housing Developer 2025.

Through these recognitions, BTN hopes to strengthen strategic partnerships with the developers. The collaboration is viewed as vital to supporting increased access to housing finance and expanding the provision of decent housing for the public.
