b]Taufik Kiemas supports constitutional amendment: President
Megawati Soekarnoputri's husband Taufik Kiemas said on Friday he
fully supported the fourth phase of constitutional amendments.
Taufik is one of more than 200 members of the People's
Consultative Assembly (MPR) who have signed a petition to reject
the fourth amendment of the 1945 Constitution. Asked why he
signed the petition, Taufik, a member of the Indonesian
Democratic Party of Struggle, said: "To sign is wrong, not to
