Correction: The photo caption that appeared on this page on
Tuesday wrongly identified the Swiss ambassador to Indonesia as
Gerard Ponjallaz. It should have been Georges Martin. Also, there
is a mistake in the heading of the article "Switzerland to
provide $100m in loans". In fact, it is the International Finance
Corporation that will provide the credit line. We apologize for
