BSN's Sharia Bale Transactions Nearly Reach Rp 2 Trillion, Users Surpass 183,000

JAKARTA – The digital platform Bale Syariah, owned by Bank Syariah Nasional (BSN), has recorded a total transaction volume nearly reaching Rp 2 trillion. This achievement is seen as an indicator of increasing public trust in digital sharia-based financial services in Indonesia. BSN’s Deputy Director, Arga M. Nugraha, stated that Bale Syariah has been used by more than 183,000 customers for a total of 874,000 financial transactions, ranging from shopping and payments to transfers. “This achievement reflects the continuously increasing public trust in sharia-based digital services, particularly Bale Syariah by BSN,” said Arga in a written statement on Wednesday (15/4/2026). Arga added that the transaction volume milestone serves as proof that society is increasingly trusting and comfortable using Bale Syariah by BSN services. “We will continue to innovate to provide safe, easy, and relevant sharia financial solutions for customer needs,” he said. In addition to convenience, security aspects are a primary focus. This has become one of the factors driving customer trust in storing and managing funds through the platform. On the other hand, BSN is also expanding its role through support for national and international-scale activities. One of them is participation in the BTN Jakarta International Marathon (BTN Jakim) 2026 as the official sharia banking partner for the 5K running category. “We want to invite the public, especially BSN bank customers and running sports enthusiasts, to join the BTN Jakim 2026 event.
