BSN Records Profit Surge of Up to 300 Percent
Jakarta (ANTARA) — PT Bank Syariah Nasional (Bank BSN) recorded a surge in financial performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year, with net profit growth exceeding 300 per cent year-on-year (yoy).
According to the company’s financial report, Bank BSN’s net profit at the end of 2025 reached Rp83.64 billion, an increase of 313.85 per cent compared to the 2024 profit of Rp20.21 billion.
This rise occurred following the corporate action of separating the sharia business unit (spin-off) from PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk in December 2025. In that process, Bank BSN received the transfer of assets and liabilities from Bank Victoria Syariah and BTN’s Sharia Business Unit (UUS).
From the balance sheet perspective, Bank BSN’s total assets as of 31 December 2025 reached Rp73.07 trillion, a 2,104.5 per cent jump compared to the previous year’s position of Rp3.31 trillion. This achievement positions Bank BSN as the second-largest sharia bank in Indonesia.
Third-party fund mobilisation (DPK) also increased significantly to Rp58.73 trillion, growing 4,206.5 per cent compared to 2024’s Rp1.36 trillion.
Meanwhile, financing disbursement was recorded at Rp54.87 trillion, up 4,083.8 per cent from the previous year’s realisation of Rp1.31 trillion.
Bank BSN also booked revenue from fund management as mudharib amounting to Rp2.73 trillion, an increase of 1,112.3 per cent compared to 2024’s Rp224.8 billion.
Bank BSN’s President Director, Alex Sofjan Noor, stated that this achievement is the result of support from all stakeholders and synergy with BTN as the parent company.
“This achievement is a blessing and proof of stakeholder trust. BTN’s support as the parent has been the driving force for Bank BSN to deliver the best performance,” Alex said in a written statement on Wednesday (6/5).
Looking ahead, Bank BSN will strengthen the sharia-based housing finance ecosystem through the development of digital services.
As of the end of 2025, Bank BSN has 37 branches, 82 sub-branches, three priority outlets, and 546 sharia service offices across Indonesia, integrated with the BTN ATM network.
