BSN Records 183,000 Users for Bale Syariah, Transactions Nearly Reaching Rp 2 Trillion
Jakarta, VIVA – The digital platform Bale Syariah, owned by Bank Syariah Nasional, has recorded significant achievements with a total transaction volume nearly reaching Rp 2 trillion. This figure serves as a strong indicator of the increasing trust of the public in digital sharia-based financial services in Indonesia.
Deputy Director of Bank BSN, Arga M Nugraha, stated that Bale Syariah is now used by more than 183,000 customers to conduct 874,000 financial transactions such as shopping, payments, and transfers. The user growth from month to month is consistently around 25 percent.
“This achievement reflects the continuously increasing public trust in sharia-based digital services, particularly Bale Syariah by BSN,” said Arga during a press conference for BTN JAKIM 2026 at Jakarta City Hall, as quoted from his statement on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.
Arga added that the transaction volume achievement is also concrete evidence that the public is increasingly trusting and comfortable using Bale Syariah by BSN services.
“We will continue to innovate to provide sharia financial solutions that are safe, easy, and relevant to customer needs,” Arga revealed.
The strength of Bale Syariah lies in the completeness of the features offered. Currently, the platform is supported by 94 features, both financial and non-financial, designed to meet various customer needs in one application. From daily transactions to financial management, everything can be done seamlessly.
