Singaporean wins arts award: Artist Francis Ng Teck Yong from Singapore won the US$15,000 grand prize at this year's ASEAN Arts Awards 2002 held at the Bali International Convention Center in Nusa Dua on Thursday, for his work titled Constructing Construction #1, a photographic print (C-type). -- JP
