BSI targets Rp350.7 billion housing loan disbursement in NTB
Mataram, NTB — PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is targeting disbursement of housing loan program credit, or KPP, totaling Rp350.7 billion in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) as demand for sharia-based home financing rises. Deputy President Director Bob Tyasika Ananta said the bank has already disbursed housing credit in NTB totaling Rp44 billion to 110 customers up to April 2026. “We have identified financing potential reaching Rp350.7 billion, both from demand and supply sides,” he said during a briefing on housing financing in Mataram, NTB, on Tuesday. Bob said housing program financing not only helps people obtain decent housing but also strengthens the capacity of MSMEs in the housing and construction sector. As of 19 May 2026, BSI recorded 769 prospective customers interested in applying for housing program financing with a total credit value of Rp315 billion. “That figure shows the public’s enthusiasm for housing-based home financing, and serves as motivation for us to continually improve service quality and broaden the program’s reach,” Bob said. He hopes housing program credit will not only be a financing solution but also a real step toward achieving balanced welfare and sustainable development in Indonesia. Nationally, up to April 2026, BSI has disbursed housing program financing totaling Rp747 billion to 2,190 customers, about 60 percent of the government’s Rp1.25 trillion quota. Bob noted the bank also supports the Three Million Homes program through the disbursement of the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for 1,201 housing units. “We are the second-largest disburser among State-Owned Banks (Himpunan Bank Milik Negara). This demonstrates our competence in the PKP Ministry’s and government programs,” he concluded.
